This is a fantastic opportunity to join us at (CTM) as a Digital Analyst.  Your role will be pivotal in using Digital Analytics tools & methodologies to analyse and provide commercially focused, actionable, easy to understand insights to key stakeholders and drive data driven decision making.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities:
•    Deliver powerful and commercial insights to improve trading performance & enhance customer experience
•    Monitor KPIs and highlight any anomaly or trends emerging from the underlying customer interaction data
•    Working with product team shape & define measurement framework for every change in customer journey
•    Working with implementation team define measurement requirements (tech spec)
•    Work with internal stakeholders within your squad to deliver reports & insights to drive squad objectives
•    Work with Product & Optimisation team, ensure problem statements are feed into Optimisation backlog
•    Be the point of contact within your squad for all things digital analytics
•    Build & leverage deep, collaborative relationships with Customer Experience and Product teams Partner with Data Solutions and BI to ensure that the right data is available within analytics tools and that manual analytics tasked are automated
•    Be an active member of the Data Insights, Analytics and Optimisation team and the wider Data team, contributing to community of learning raising broader awareness of tools and capabilities

What will it take?
•    Advanced experience in Web Analytics (Adobe Analytics or GA)
•    Strong experience in dashboard presenting (Tableau/Power BI)
•    Data storytelling, with the ability to simplify & visually represent complex data insight for business stakeholders
•    Advance MS office skills (MS Excel & Power point)
•    Experience with SQL (desirable)
•    Experience with CRO tools (Target, Optimizely) (desirable)
•    Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
•    Pro-active, enjoys fast paced dynamic environment
