As a DevOps Manager you will be managing, motivating and leading the DevOps team to deliver infrastructure, performance, release and monitoring solutions suitable for the needs of the delivery teams and wider IDO business. 
This role with have a direct impact across all Business Technology teams, positively influencing the role DevOps has in the strategic & direction of their products.  We are looking for a DevOps Manager who can inject a high level of innovation, enthusiasm and passion for what they can contribute into the team and understanding how that can drive the team forward. 
In this role you will be proactively engaging with the Solutions Architect and Commercial Delivery Managers in an Agile environment, positively influencing our commitment to building an innovative, technology powered and data driven organisation! 
What will it take to be successful as DevOps Manager?

Great communicator, influencer and negotiator.
Experience of coaching, mentoring and driving technical excellence from a team Demonstrate experience of strategic thinking in design, DevOps & Agile methodologies.
Experience multi-tier service-oriented application architecture, utilising appropriate hosting options (including Cloud)
Demonstrate your ability to influence design decisions and have those decisions realised in a production environment.
