responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of NED letters of appointment,
induction, training, awareness of BGL policies and handling expenses

What will it take?
- ICSA qualified or
solicitor with extensive experience of practical company secretarial
- Ability to develop
a strong understanding of the BGL Group, its business model and the

corporate governance and related legal and regulatory requirements
- Very good
understanding of the legal / regulatory issues relevant to a regulated
financial services business
- Proven experience
of corporate governance in a major well respected organisation
stakeholder management, with experience of Board support, minute taking
and related administration

skills with the ability to pro-actively manage multiple work streams
