We have an exciting opportunity to join as a Delivery Manager. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced and digitally lead organization, leading a successful team in delivering the best outcomes for our customers as well as driving technical innovation and business change.


You will ensure the effective delivery of prioritised customer outcomes in line with agreed timescales and business & technical objectives. You will lead a cross-functional team focused on delivering value to our customers early and often and be responsible for people management and the performance of your team.


As a member of our Delivery Manager Community, you will be an active contributor to our software delivery practices and people strategy. You will drive alignment to our strategy of Build-Run-Own and will be a champion of agile and lean principles, ensuring these are embedded to maximum value within your team and across the wider business.


What will it take to be a successful Delivery Manager? 

·       Manage projects & stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of outstanding product propositions, so that all Product team commitments are met in a timely and accurate manner.

·       Lead and motivate a collaborative, high performing product team united around making an impact.

·       Work in partnership with the rest of the Delivery Manager community to evolve and improve our delivery practices.

·       Embed & reinforce Agile / Lean methods within & across teams.

·       Drive alignment to the CTM Tech Strategy, Build-Run-Own and display an appropriate balance of commercial delivery and technical oversight.

·       Agree and manage project and product development budgets.

·       Pro-actively identify and manage risk, issues and dependencies relating to the delivery of change.

·       Ensure effective information flow to all team members & stakeholders are well informed on strategic, commercial and technical agendas.
