You’ll get a buzz from planning out complex journeys, building and delivering high quality CRM campaigns and actively contributing to broader teams such as data and insight to help drive customer loyalty.
You will support the Senior CRM Manager in developing our customer strategy, leveraging technology, data and insights to deliver personalised experiences that drive loyalty and value for our customers.
As a CRM Communications Manager you’ll be working either within a centralised CRM Campaign Team or multi-functional, agile delivery squad. You’ll lead the creation of world-class CRM campaigns, working with multiple, diverse stakeholders across the business from commercial to deep technical specialists. You’ll have a tenacious approach to quality and only be comfortable to send or put live campaigns you are proud of and those that will provide a brilliant customer experience.
What will it take to be successful?
Managing the conception, production, deployment and analysis of world-class CRM campaigns across email, push notification, on site and in app targeted content as well as performance channels. You’ll have a strong customer passion, be technically minded and have a desire to develop your career in campaign management.
You may have been performing a similar role in another company and will be able to demonstrate:
- Hands on, previous experience of campaign management
- Strong understanding of the potential to use data and creative to build world-class campaigns.
- Strong stakeholder management experience.
- Good understanding of the technical elements required to build CRM campaigns.
- Excellent communication and time management skills with high integrity.
