What’s the challenge?
At Compare the Market our customers are at the heart of everything that we do.
As a Customer Support Executive within our Customer Operations Team you’ll sit at the forefront, when customers have queries or experience problems when interacting with us. Ensuring that every experience a customer has with us is a first-class service, will be your top priority, predominantly via Live Chat and Social Media.
Through your handling of customer contacts and the delivery of exceptional customer experiences, you will be representing our brand and will fully embrace the CTM tone of voice. You’ll also contribute to the continuous improvement of the CTM customer experience through your involvement in feedback and recommendations in a digital environment, identifying new issues and trends.
Maximising the experience for every customer will be your passion and you’ll do this by effectively engaging the customer, giving appropriate guidance and always taking a right first-time approach. Where necessary identifying and correctly managing all reportable complaints.
What will it take to be successful?
In addition to your experience in providing excellent customer service, you’ll also demonstrate:
• Being able to effectively manage your personal output
• The ability to handle objections appropriately
• Your attention to detail will be on point!
• Strong written English and typing skills
• Being a team player
