Customer Service Team Leader

Location: Peterborough

Salary: Negotiable  

Hours: Shifts will be within our opening hours of 8am-10pm Monday-Friday; 8am-6pm Saturday & 9am-5pm on Sunday

Requirements of the Customer Service Team Leader role:

It doesn’t matter if you’ve never worked in a contact centre or insurance environment before. With our award winning Learning and Development team, we will provide a comprehensive training programme, all we ask is for the following…

  • Strong leadership skills, with a minimum 2 years’ experience  
  • The ability to create a positive environment geared for successful interaction and coaching
  • The delivery of outstanding customer service through a culture of development and empowerment.
  • A proven record of delivering excellent results
  • A forward thinking, progressive attitude
  • Experience of working in a multi-channel environment
