Is this you?

As a Customer Support Executive you’ll be dealing with our customer responses and providing feedback within specific deadlines, whist enhancing our customer journey and maintaining our customer brand loyalty.  You’ll maintain a high standard of quality and appreciate that all work is processed effectively and with the right conversational tone for our products.  You must be aware of all compliance and business requirements and ensure adherence to these processes is always maintained.  It’s essential that our customers have an excellent experience when dealing with us and this will be part of your day to day role.

What will it take?

You’ll have excellent verbal and written skills with proven success in working within the Customer Operations team which includes complaint handling and showing empathy and support for our customers.  You’ll have demonstrable time management and organisational skills along with good analytical and problem solving skills.  A detailed understanding of complaint handling and business standards is a definite requirement for this role so that brand value can be maintained.  We would expect you to have demonstrable experience in using webchat, social media tools and email with the occasional telephone call to communicate with our customers.

You’ll have a keen eye for detail to investigate sales promotion problems and be willing to drive process efficiencies forward.  Excellent analytical and problem solving skills would also be advantageous. 

You’ll work in a team but must be able to work on your own initiative and make decisions where you deem it appropriate.

You’ll need to work on a shift basis which includes evening and weekend working.
