CRM Planning Manager

Here at we’re looking for a pro-active commercially astute CRM Planning Manager to shape and evolve our CRM plan, and ensure we deliver on our customer and commercial objectives.

As part of a dedicated CRM team you’ll be responsible for creating robust CRM planning recommendations to drive performance based on solid insight and learning.


You’ll be someone that’s passionate about the customer journey and experienced in working with multiple sources of data and insight.  You’ll be able to distil the key information in order to pinpoint key revenue driving opportunities and develop macro test and learn recommendations to deliver and evaluate performance. You’ll get a buzz out of being at the forefront of customer centric CRM and technology developments, supporting development of the CRM strategy to meet business objectives. Working closely with the insights team you will use your analytical skills to dig into campaign performance, evaluate our customer lifecycle activity, and forecast return on investment decisions whilst supporting and championing the team’s knowledge of results and customer trends.


What will it take?

  • Having previous CRM specific analytical experience, you’ll have exceptional communication skills in order to present complex data analysis to various audiences and stakeholders.
  • Furthermore, your ability to influence and guide will drive your success as you distill the insight across the team and wider stakeholders, spotting opportunities and providing prioritisation into development to drive customer value.
  • You’ll have the confidence to challenge accepted ways of working, using your previous digital and channel experience to improve the performance of the team and CTM’s customer experience.
  • You’ll need to have a full understanding and be able to contribute to the full CRM landscape and this would include App, onsite, email, DM, PPC, display and social.
