Due to an internal move within our current team, we’re seeking a methodical individual looking for their next challenge in contract management to work with market leading brands as we develop our business portfolio.

Your fundamental value is to negotiate and manage the contracts process for a vast range of Group-wide contracts with partners and suppliers prior to go live. Your remit will stretch across our group support functions, price comparison, and insurance intermediary divisions; better known as and Insurance Distribution and Outsourcing.

As our Contracts Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Working with market leading brands as we develop our business portfolio

  • Managing multiple contracts to key commercial timescales
  • Negotiating terms which protect the BU/wider Group commercial position, mitigating financial and non-financial risks wherever possible
  • Working with Business Areas including Group Legal, Finance, Compliance and InfoSec, ensuring appropriate input, to produce a contract incorporating all required points
  • Managing the contracts approval process to ensure contracts are approved in accordance with Group policy and risks are understood
What will it take?

Our environment lends itself to those with experience of supplier / partner contracts and/or commercial negotiations. You’ll also possess a methodical approach to your work and be able to effectively plan and prioritise your workload, whilst balancing pace and pressure. Fundamentally, your exceptional communication and influencing skills are pivotal in managing stakeholders across a range of levels.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Contracts Manager or alternatively an established manager looking for progression who knows their way around contractual and legal terms and the associated implications.
