Joining our team as an Apprentice Content Executive at, you’ll learn how we develop first class content which delivers enhanced customer experiences - contributing to an evolving culture of innovation, enthusiasm and passion. You’ll have the opportunity to play a key role in achieving our strategy of becoming number 1 on all online searches for all of our products. Proactively seeking content opportunities, working to deadlines to get pages live at pace, uploading copy into our Content Management System and working close with our technical team on how we analyse our numbers - you’ll learn how to do it all! In our 12-15 month scheme, you’ll grow your career towards a Content Executive, by delivering real business projects that add value to our customers, as well as helping you achieve a CMI qualification in Digital Marketing. Initially, you’ll spend the first few weeks in your new team, embedding into life and building new networks – once your training with QA begins, you’ll attend one of the UK’s leading digital technology providers, which will kick start your learning and induct you into the scheme - You’ll then spend 1 week every 6-8 in London for face to face training.


What will you be responsible for as a Content Executive Apprentice?

-          Working with the designers and creative agency to ensure our graphic content is visually aligned to the brand

-       -    Uploading copy and images to our website

-       -    Providing product knowledge and insight

-       -    Ensuring all content is optimised for SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)

-       -    Supporting the content teams ambition

-        -   Ensuring content gains legal sign off before go live

-        -   Supporting the delivery of branded and product related content that enhances the customer experience

What will it take to be successful as a Content Executive Apprentice?

You must have 5 GCSEs Grades A*-C, or the new grades 4-9 including Math’s & English language (or equivalent

- You’ll have 2 A levels (or equivalent), at C or above

You are passionate for everything digital and have an understanding of SEO

 Ideally you are skilled in Microsoft, Outlook and PowerPoint

-  You have an eye for the detail

-  You will have excellent communication skills with the drive to contribute towards team success

-  Willingness and commitment to self-learn, and happy to commit towards study hours outside of work

-  Be willing to commute to our London office once every 2 weeks and attend classroom training in London every 6-8 weeks with our training provider, QA
