LesFurets.com) and in Insurance Distribution and Outsourcing (IDO), which

UK’s most compelling rewards schemes with Meerkat Meals and Movies receiving
millions of redemptions each year. The business delivers outstanding customer
experience and creates value through outstanding product development, efficient
acquisition marketing, unique customer service and retention of and cross-sell
to its millions of customers. All of this is driven by investment in talent, data
and technology, and further enhanced by its unique ways of working. More
recently, the business is starting to leverage AI and Machine Learning for
credit scoring, credit cards, regular and automated energy supplier switching.

CtM is looking for a digital and financially savvy Director to own
and drive our commercial strategy, CtM are the preferred distribution channel
for external partners across all our categories. As we look to diversify our categories this will
lead us to explore new ways to help our customers and add breath to our current
portfolio of partners. This person will be the driver in the success of our
partners performance, analysing
metrics and identifying trends particularly within these breath channels.
Reporting into the COO, this role will lead one of the most
fundamental teams that supports revenue generation for CtM. This is a key strategic and transformative
hire, building a disruptive commercial proposition that propel the business
ahead of the curve.
This person will be tasked to consistently deliver in a way that
enhances CtM’s reputation and standing in the marketplace, acting as a
spokesperson for CtM with media, regulators and government.
The Director will work closely with the COO, CEO and wider
Executive Team and the overall product teams to formulate an ambitious vision
and strategy; underpinned by the Commercial
Team, this person will build, grow and upskill our teams capability to ensure
we have the right people in the right roles at the right time to drive our
