As a Commercial Manager for, you will champion best in class relationship management for some of our key 3rd party service providers, ensuring that we continue to deliver the best product lines for our customers.

Joining a high performing Commercial team, you will play a vital role in the success of our 3rd party supplier management, seeking new opportunities to build and maintain effective relationships internally too. We are ambitious and need our Commercial Managers to be the same, working collaboratively with our Product, Finance and Marketing teams to deliver second-to-none commercial advice. Whether you’re working on an internal report for an owned partnership, managing the supplier dashboard or delivering a difficult message to a partner, you will add value through your resilience and “customer first” mindset.

What will you be responsible for as a Commercial Manager?

Reporting into the Senior Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the successful negotiation and management of new and existing partners for

-          Deliver best in class relationships with key partners, including the setup of monthly/quarterly governance sessions

-          Managing and owning the supplier dashboard report, following up on spotted trends discovered

-          Providing internal reporting on partnerships, including the identifications of failure risks & defining contingency options

-          Building and maintaining effective working relationships with partners and end suppliers/insurers

-          Through excellent influencing and negotiation skills, deliver optimal commercial terms with both new and existing partners

What will it take to be successful?

-          Strong commercial acumen, being able to identify opportunities and take action to deliver

-          Experience negotiating strong commercial outcomes

-          Proven 3rd party partnership/supplier management, to contractual terms, including SLA achievement

-          Good technical understanding of financial services market and associated propositions

-          An ability to manage multiple complex, and often competing, tasks

-          Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to confidently relay messages and updates on progress
