Comparethemarket.com are looking for an ambitious and passionate Finance
Manager to join our Commercial Finance Team. This opportunity plays an
important role in helping the business to understand the performance of its
products and providing useful insight into how we can grow our trading
It is important that you are
explaining as much of the “why?” as possible. Drawing knowledge from all
elements of the business together with external sources, which will subsequently
help provide a clear understanding of trading performance for the business. In
addition to this your ability to seek out actionable insights and actively
promote engagement on solutions will be key to your success as a Commercial
Your involvement supporting in
the development of strategic roadmaps for products, supporting business cases
and tracing post go-live performance will also provide an invaluable service to
the continued growth and increased performance of Comparethemarket.com’s products.
What will it take to be
successful as a Commercial Finance Manager?
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified
- Highly analytical and happy with
complex multi-dimensional trading models
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and
presentation skills, with the ability to share complex information with
- Curious, inquisitive and highly
proactive – this role requires a relentless drive to seek out insight and
- Excellent business partnering
