We are recruiting for Full Time Claims Advisors in our Wakefield contact centre. We offer a competitive salary starting at £16,160. Not only that, we also increase your salary with your length of service – moving up to £20,400 after 3 years.

Our contact centre in Wakefield services our customers who are notifying us of a possible insurance claim, which may include being involved in a road traffic accident and perhaps sustained an injury.

About the role
We’re offering you the opportunity to join the BGL group as a Claims Advisor based in our Wakefield office. As part of the team you will be delivering excellent customer service to our customers who potentially need to make a claim on their insurance policy.

This full time role operates between 7am -10pm Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm on Saturdays and 9am-5pm on a Sunday. You’ll work on an 8 week shift rotation consisting of a week of early shifts, a week of late shifts, as well as 2 flexi weeks in any 8 week rotation. So, if you have customer service or sales experience within a customer focused environment, we want to hear from you!
