What’s the challenge?

As a Change Support Analyst at you will be playing a pivotal role bridging the gap between the insurers, our business and IT.

You’ll play a key role in managing change requests from insurers, validating and interpreting them, through to creating the data mappings in our bespoke services. We work in a fast moving, high transactional, customer centric business. Comfortable with detail you will be used to lots of uncertainty and ambiguity. You will have a huge regard for customers and be passionate about delivering the best experience with a sharp eye for detail. Building robust and substantial relationships with team members and third-party partners is a big part of this role.
