At BGL Insurance we’re looking for an experienced Change Delivery Manager to join us in our Business Technology department within BGLi. We need a dynamic individual who can manage a multi-disciplined agile delivery team driving business changes and technical improvements across our estate.
As a commercially astute Change Delivery Manager you will plan and lead the delivery of change to make certain that technology solutions achieve the right outcome for our customers and business. This role is accountable for planning to ensure the team are as effective as possible and will act as an escalation point for the delivery team.
BGLi provides a range of motor, home and life insurance products in partnership with several of the best-known brands in UK financial services and through our own brands, all supported by state-of-the-art contact centres and digital platforms.
In Business Technology we drive forward our IT systems though close working relationships and continuous improvement to both ourselves and our technology. You will drive commercial success through output focused solutions designed to meet long term needs whilst certifying change is compliant and meets FCA, regulatory and legal requirements, and is delivered in line with governance principles.
You will lead, develop, and empower a collaborative high performing delivery team and manage the performance and personal development of all team members.
