We have an exciting role as the Associate Director for Strategic Programme Delivery to lead the delivery of strategic initiatives across CtM through our Engine Room team. This is a key role to ensure we’re executing excellently against our strategy.
Reporting to the Chief Data Officer, you will implement a rigorous approach to strategic programme management and delivery, ensuring all initiatives have measurable benefits, and are aligned with CtM strategic objectives.
You will lead and inspire teams across CtM to deliver executional excellence by proactively building & maintaining a network of key contacts across the Group, ensuring stakeholders are managed effectively, managing progress, key risks and issues.
We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, a team player with a collaborative approach and a sound understanding of Agile. You’ll have a consultancy mind set with experience of delivery in a fast paced digital environment. Clearly you’ll have proven experience of delivering multiple (and often complex) projects at a portfolio level and the ability to monitor & deliver from a strategic & commercial perspective.
