We're looking for a customer-first, commercially focused leader who will take overall responsibility of driving the strategy and execution of the of the Open Banking capability for our business.
To be successful, you’ll be an industry expert in the development of data enabled consumer propositions. You will have extensive experience in leading product design and delivery teams to achieve challenging objectives, whilst keeping the customer at the heart of decision making and execution. This role will directly impact the strategic development for CTM playing a central role powering all verticals.
What will you be responsible for as our Associate Director of Product (Open Banking)?
Responsibility for the development of data enabled strategic opportunities to deliver outstanding digital customer propositions against agreed financial targets
Ensure our wider Open Banking operating model is fit for purpose, ensuring that we manage open banking safely, securely whilst managing risk
Manage the Open Banking offering through an in depth understanding of the product lifecycle. In addition, accelerate the development of the roadmaps through strategic partnerships
Provide leadership in the planning, designing, due diligence, and implementation of strategic business objectives
Develop the Open Banking team and set them up for success and ensure their expertise is maximised throughout the Group
Build strong internal relationships and engagement to ensure buy in for the Open Banking strategy
Work with key stakeholders to ensure there are robust growth plans in place for all product verticals
Build strong external relationships with senior contacts at banks, regulators and trade bodies, to understand and influence industry and regulatory developments to ensure that CTM are looked upon as thought leaders in the industry
What you’ll need to succeed:
•You’re already seen as an industry expert in the development and launch of consumer facing digital products with a desired knowledge of Open Banking
•Solid experience of owning the P&L within a regulated environment
•Excellent commercial acumen with a proven ability to manage and grow new business
•Strong experience of managing multiple teams and priorities to deliver against strategic objectives
•Strong project management skills with demonstrable experience of execution to plan
•A naturally collaborative style, with the ability to apply advanced problem-solving techniques to complex and unique situations
•Excellent natural gravitas, resilience, and experience in dealing with board level stakeholders
