We’re looking for someone to join our technology leadership team, with responsibility for operating our digital infrastructure, including our cloud platform and enabling us to reach our ambitious targets around stability, speed to market, scalability and security. You will do this by leading and developing a high performing Platform & Operations teams, whilst looking for new ways to embrace emerging technologies to exceed operation standards.  


What will you be responsible for as the AD for Platform and Operations?


You'll produce a clear vision and continuous improvement roadmap for the Platform & Operations team that:

  • Maintains ‘49s’ levels of availability;

  • Enables Product Teams to increase their speed to market;

  • Ensures that CtM operates a scalable infrastructure;

  • And places security at the heart of the operation.
  • Ensure that CTM's is operating documented and repeatable service management and operational processes, e.g., Service Continuity, Access Management and Incident Management.

  • Provide end-to-end monitoring and alerting across the entire customer experience to augment CTM's Build it, Run it, Own it philosophy.


What will it take to be successful?

  • Proven experience of running a successful Platform and Operations teams to deliver brilliant customer outcomes

  • Demonstrable experience of creating a clear vision and continuous improvement roadmap for an Operations function

  • Great leadership, communication, negotiation and influencing skills

  • Ability to quickly make sound and risk-based judgements
