We’re recruiting for an Associate Director for Breadth Relationships here at to drive incremental value to customers and CtM. This role is key to delivering CtM’s commercial objectives which focus on choice, pricing competitiveness, conversion and best-in-class commercial terms.
You will have a “customer first” mentality with a positive outlook to managing and working closely with internal and external stakeholder to identify and deliver new and the best partners for CTM as well as a wide choice and great deals for customers . This role has great accountability for the delivery of first class services from the partners we work with, both in terms of service providers (e.g. EHL, LifeSearch and Runpath), in addition to product providers (e.g. TelCos, EnergyCos, Money providers etc) with which we partner.
Reporting into the Commercial Director, you will pro-actively identify and pursue growth opportunities with partners to deliver incremental value, whilst building, leading and coaching a team to deliver the business objectives, at all times being highly aspirational and relentless in the execution of the commercial strategy.
What will it take?
  • Strong commercial acumen, being able to identify opportunities and take action to deliver
  • Experience of negotiating strong commercial outcomes
  • Proven relationship management experience at a senior level
  • Good technical understanding of our markets and associated propositions (including life, money, energy, digital and more)
  • Able to manage multiple complex, and often competing tasks
  • Able to anticipate and overcoming barriers to achieving results, challenging areas of ambiguity and developing remedial action and contingency plans
  • Able to have difficult conversations with partners to achieve the right outcome
