This role will play a key part in driving Junction forwards as they will have ownership of the strategic direction and long term roadmap of all of our Partner Propositions; creating and delivering digital solutions that maximise our competitive advantage, create value for new & existing partners and delight our customers.

What will you be responsible for as the AD for Partner Proposition & Marketing?
  • Leading the development and delivery of customer insight to drive proposition development solutions for customers across IDO 
  • Create and deliver digital proposition solutions to optimize competitive advantage and in support of long term strategic roadmap
  • Strategic and operational leadership of the Product, Proposition, Marketing, Voice of the Customer  and eCommerce teams  
  • Lead Strategic Execution Plan work streams and overall reporting, in particular higher value motor footprint and propositions 
  • Deputising for the Junction Managing Director and Exec team 
  • Manage third party agency relationships,  maintaining (and influencing) preferred supplier list

What will it take to be successful as the AD for Partner Proposition & Marketing?
  • A proven executive level insurance professional with a demonstrable track record in driving the development of new initiatives to disrupt the insurance landscape 
  • Excellent technical knowledge and experience of GI propositions
  • Ability to deliver effective marketing strategies
  • Understanding of project management philosophy and ability to apply this to Business Strategic Development delivery
  • Demonstrable commercial track record of driving revenue and effectiveness in an intermediated business
