This is a fantastic opportunity comparethemarket.com (CTM) as Analytics Manager. Your role will be pivotal in using analytics to develop insights about our customers, products and services to improve customer loyalty and create value.  

You will have direct responsibility for a team of analysts, and will work collaboratively with colleagues across CTM (e.g. in product, trading and the broader Data team) to deliver new opportunities. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of analytics initiatives, ensuring that recommendations have maximum impact through clear communication and storytelling. You’ll also play a vital role in developing the Data team’s capability and delivering innovative insight that puts customer understanding at the heart of decision-making at comparethemarket.com. 

What will it take? 

  • Demonstrated track record in using data/analytics to create actionable insight and drive business and customer impact  
  • Experience mentoring, coaching or managing a team of analysts 
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience of advanced analytics  
  • An expert in SQL and at least one advanced analytical tool/ language (Python preferred)  
  • Strong planning, organisation and stakeholder management 
  • Great communication, presentation skills and data storytelling- you’ll be able to adapt your style to your audience
