As an Affiliates Manager, you will drive customer acquisition and re-engagement through hands on commercial tactics and digital partnerships across the affiliate market.


Leading the affiliate strategy and plan, you will extract maximum value across an array of affiliate partners. You will develop effective go to market affiliate plans per product, identifying product-specific opportunities to maximise volume and revenue and Showcase operational excellence, establishing a best-in-breed affiliates strategy and a winning approach.

This role gives you the opportunity to work with the commercial finance and data teams to ensure accurate reporting, tracking and attribution. You will also be accountable for the £multi-million affiliate revenue target whilst maintaining profitable return.


Reporting to the Senior Digital Planning & Activation Manager for Compare the Market’s marketing team, you will support and develop, product-specific deals and promotions that drive customer acquisition and re-engagement. You will ensure the affiliate technology and data roadmap is delivered and prioritised accordingly.


What will it take to be successful as Affiliates Manager? 


·         Experience of developing affiliate plans across multiple products within a fast pace within entrepreneurial environment

·         Commercially astute with a hands-on attitude, supported by a desire to deliver operational excellence

·         Significant agency management experience is essential

·         Experience of delivering £multi-million revenue targets and managing significant budgets

·         Excellent working knowledge of affiliate networks, including Affiliate Window, Trade Doubler etc

·         Knowledge of fractional attribution models and awareness of wider ecosystems
