Gender pay at BGL
Since April 2018, organisations with more than 250 employees are required to publicly report their gender pay gap annually based on a snapshot taken on 5 April each year.
Our pay gap at BGL is 24.2%, based on median hourly rate. Along with other organisations in our sector, the primary reason for our gender pay gap is because there are fewer women than men in our senior/higher paid roles and a higher proportion of women than men in more junior roles.
We've created an infographic below that explains our findings, alternatively you can view this in PDF format by clicking here.
