Gender pay at BGL
From April this year, organisations with more than 250 employees have to publicly report their gender pay gap based on a snapshot date of 5 April 2017.
Our gap at BGL is 28.5%. Along with other organisations in our sector, the primary reason for our gender pay gap is because there are fewer women than men in our senior/higher paid roles and a higher proportion of women than men in more junior roles.
We've created an infographic below that explains our findings, alternatively you can view this in PDF format by clicking here.
