Annual leave

  • All employees are entitled to a minimum of 25 days' annual leave, rising to a maximum of 30 days after five years with the Group
  • Senior managers receive 30 days' annual leave from day one  
  • You can ‘buy’ or ‘sell’ up to five days once a year


  • You contribute 3% of your earnings into your pension, we contribute 3%. If you choose to increase your contribution to 5%, we will match it. We will also pass on our employer National Insurance savings on your contributions (currently 13.8%), providing you contribute via salary sacrifice

Private medical insurance

  • Available to all employees at discounted rates. If you are manager level or above, you'll receive company-funded, single-level cover
  • As a member of the scheme, you can opt to cover your partner and/or child/ren by paying an additional cost

Childcare vouchers scheme

  • As a parent, you can exchange part of your salary for childcare vouchers, enabling you to contribute to the cost of childcare in a tax-efficient way
