Annual Leave
  • 25 days a year for most employees, increasing with service to a maximum of 30 the longer you stay. Senior Managers start on 30 days a year.
  • You can ‘buy’ or ‘sell’ up to 3 days once a year.
Pension
  • You contribute 1% of your earnings into the scheme. We contribute 2%. If you choose to increase your contribution to 5%, we will match it. We will also pass on our employer National Insurance savings on your contributions (currently 13.8%) if you choose to contribute via salary sacrifice.
Life assurance
  • We provide cover for all employees up to the age of 70. It’s worth four times your base salary and you will be covered from the day you start.
Travel season ticket loans
  • You can apply for an annual loan of up to £10,000 which is repayable over 12 months directly from your salary.
Private medical insurance
  • This is available to all employees at discounted rates. If you are manager level or above, you get company-funded single-level cover.
Permanent health insurance
  • If you are aged under 65, and unable to work for a period of 26 weeks or more due to illness or injury, you may be eligible to receive up to 75% of your base salary, until you are able to return to work.
Childcare vouchers scheme
  • As a parent, you can exchange some of your salary for childcare vouchers – this enables you to contribute to the cost of childcare in a tax-efficient way.
Long service awards
  • We hugely appreciate loyalty and recognise people’s long service from five years onwards. We provide a cash reward to mark 10 and 20 years of employment.
Online discounted shopping
  • We provide free access to an online portal which offers you hundreds of discounts at well-known national and local companies, across a wide range of fashion, technology, holiday and leisure categories.
Local employee discounts
  • As part of our remit to support local or independent businesses wherever possible, we offer discounts at some local retailers and service providers such as hairdressers and restaurants.
Discounted insurance with BGL
  • Depending on the policy and prevailing market conditions, you may be entitled to a discount on any of our insurance products. Specifically, if you buy a policy through our staff comparethemarket portal, you get £20 cashback and there’s also 20% off life policies at Beagle Street.
Other voluntary benefits
  • There are numerous other benefits that you may choose to take up at some point too such as our cycle to work scheme, Timpson discount cards, car & van rental and much more!

 
Employee assistance programme
  • Free, confidential advice and information phone line run by an external provider for BGL employees. You can also get up to four sessions of face-to-face counselling if required.
Hospital and dental cash plan
  • Insurance for dental, optical, consultation, health screening and complementary therapy for a small weekly cost.
Best doctors
  • Free, non-taxable service that helps you get a second opinion if you or a family member has been diagnosed with a serious medical condition. Also provides advice on the best place to go for treatment and how to organise it.
At desk massage 
  • We regularly provide free at desk massages to all Fusion Contact Centre and London staff.

Subsidised gym
  • We have a state-of-the-art gym facility at our head office campus. Local gym discounts are also available for employees at all our sites.
Onsite refreshments
  • Including free fruit, tea, coffee and water. Most sites also have subsidised restaurants and cafes.
Annual Family Fun Day
  • Every year we host fun days for all our people and for their family and friends. It’s our way of saying thank you for all their help and support. The fun days, are huge free outdoor events. In the past they have included fairground rides, laser clay shooting and quad bikes, as well as entertainers and food and drink tents.
Awards ball
  • Hugely popular formal awards ceremony, open to all employees. It’s a lavish event with a champagne reception, dinner and full entertainment. Awards are presented for Outstanding Contribution and in categories corresponding to each of our company values.
FAB Draw
  • Free draw for employees on the third Friday of every month. Prizes range from iPads to holidays.
Instants
  • A reward scheme linked to our company values that provides instant recognition for people who have gone above and beyond, or those who have achieved a job well done. Instants range from a free meal or drink voucher, a free wellbeing session including massage to gift vouchers and half a day’s annual leave.
