Since its launch, Junction has grown rapidly and is now the largest personal lines affinity provider in the UK, with over 1 million customers. Customers are serviced through BGL’s major contact centre operations in Peterborough, Coventry, Sunderland, Peterlee and Cape Town, South Africa, and we have also developed state of the art Internet functionality.
