MORE TH>N Selects Junction For Motor Insurance Expertise
Immediate release: 18 July 2008
Junction, the BGL Group's affinity partnerships arm, today announced a new relationship to enhance More Th>n's motor insurance offering.
The five-year partnership sees Junction implement a 'lead hand-off' model for More Th>n, giving customers an improved quote experience. Having requested a price from More Th>n, any customers that decide not to take up the offer are then given the opportunity to receive an alternative quote from a panel of insurers under a new brand, More Th>n Select.
Junction's state-of-the-art technology means that whether applying by telephone or via the internet, the customer's details are electronically supplied so that there is no need to repeat all of the data from the initial stages of the quote process. As a result the journey is speedy and efficient, and gives the customer access to another quote in minutes.
Peter Thompson, Managing Director of Junction, said: "As a well-respected insurance brand, it's important for More Th>n to be able to offer a competitive quote to every customer who enquires. Our unique lead hand-off system means that the brand can now go a step further for its customers, to offer an additional quote if the first is considered unsuitable, via a seamless process."
Keith Maxwell, Head of Core Products, More Th>n, said: "Junction was an obvious partnership choice. The team was able to develop quickly a model tailored to our requirements. The ability for customers to gain a new quote without re-supplying all of their personal data supports our core brand promise of 'we do more'."
