VIP Treatment for Fusion's Top Advisors
Cash prizes and VIP treatment for the 'best in the class'

Top advisors at Fusion Contact Centres on Thursday (January 31) were treated to a VIP-style day concluding with an awards dinner and overnight stay at The Haycock Hotel, Wansford, near Peterborough. Prizes awarded on the night exceeded £40,000 in value.
Lucky Suzanne Henderson, Sales Advisor of the Year at Sunderland, was overjoyed when she was crowned the overall winner, driving away with the top prize of a brand new silver Vauxhall Corsa SXi, worth more than £10,000.
Suzanne joined Fusion in July 2004 and has always been a driven and focused individual within the sales department. After being told of her win, a jubilant Suzanne said: "It's amazing. I love working for Fusion anyhow but to win a brand new car as a reward for my efforts, just tops it all off! I can’t believe it. I’m really excited!"
Suzanne was one of the 17 employees at the special event to celebrate the achievements of the cream of the crop of contact centre advisors from Fusion offices across the UK, including Peterborough, Coventry, Sunderland and Peterlee. All 17 advisors were awarded £1,000 cash each as a reward for delivering an award-winning, consistent performance in both sales and service over the past year, as well as adding considerable value and financial contribution to the business.
The five other overall winners were each awarded thousands of pounds in holiday vouchers. They were Gemma Hill from Peterborough who won £4,000 worth of Thomas Cook vouchers; Scott Goodwin of Coventry who won £3,000 worth of vouchers, Rick Holman and James Bice, of Peterborough, and Rezaah Jappie, of Cape Town, who each who won £2,000 worth of vouchers.
Fusion Managing Director David Thompson hosted the VIP-style day which began with a tour of Fusion parent company, BGL Group's head offices for a meet-and-greet session with the Group Chief Executive Peter Winslow and Directors Jon Ardron, Denise Keating and Diane Cheesebrough and a number of senior managers. This was followed by lunch and a series of presentations from each of the business units within Fusion's parent company.
Then they were whisked away to the hotel for a drinks reception and canapés, followed by the sumptuous three-course awards dinner.
David Thompson said: "It was a time to celebrate the very best in the class, the Fusion advisors who have delivered an award-winning, consistent performance over the past year. We wanted to have an event dedicated to celebrating that success and recognising and rewarding these exceptional individuals.
"We also presented the end of year prizes for the overall winners, for which we had an extremely difficult selection process because of the excellent efforts of our advisors over the past year."
"Our top advisors had a great time and deservedly so. We pride ourselves on staff retention and believe it is important to reward employees for their sterling efforts."
