Junction strengthens online expertise with new Director

The UK's leading insurance affinity specialist, Junction, today announced the appointment of a new Associate Director responsible for E-commerce and Marketing.

Vincent Chaney joins Junction from HBOS, where he was Head of Customer Strategy. He will play a vital role in further developing Junction's e-commerce expertise.

Working with partners that include M&S Money, Post Office®, RAC and HSBC, Junction provides on and offline marketing capability, particularly focusing on search and affiliate activity, aggregator excellence and customer analytics. Chaney's insight and experience in e-commerce and managing new distribution channels will aid Junction in further expanding partners' insurance business.

A Cambridge graduate with a Masters in Engineering, Vincent Chaney joined HBOS as Head of Strategy, Intermediary Distribution & Specialist Banking in February 2006. Prior to this he held the roles of Head of Research and Head of Commercial Development at Trucost Plc, a business ratings company.
