Junction Partner Wins 'Your Money' Award

Post Office®, a long-standing affinity partner with Junction, has been awarded "Best Direct Home & Contents Insurance Provider" at the Your Money awards 2010. The scheme is the only consumer awards programme to specifically recognise direct financial service.
The award was judged by Your Money readers, who called Post Office® to assess its service to customers. Pricing was also an important measure, with only companies offering the most competitive quotes reaching the Awards' shortlist.
According to Your Money: "Consumers can be assured of getting a fantastic deal with a panel of insurers, offering 10% extra cover automatically over Christmas and weddings, and replacing damaged or stolen items with new ones of the same time. The voting panel was also impressed with Post Office's commitment to service, offering a 24/7 claims helpline to give customers peace of mind that their claim would be dealt with straight away."
Post Office® Financial Services outsources its motor and home insurance operation to Junction, part of the BGL Group and the leading affinity specialist in the UK. Under the partnership, Junction is responsible for devising Post Office insurance products, managing a panel of insurers, and handling direct sales, with all customer calls handled by Junction's contact centres.
