North East Contact Centre Awards 2009

Fusion in the North East has been recognised at the North East Contact Centre Awards 2009.

Representatives from both Peterlee and Sunderland contact centres attended the prestigious North East Contact Centre Awards.

The team were nominated in five categories and, despite stiff competition from companies such as MoreTh>n and EDF and came home with three awards:

  • David Clark – Winner, Team Leader of the Year
  • Vera Young – Runner up, Customer Experience Superstar
  • The GIVE Team – Runner up, Business in the Community
