Graduation Success for Aspiring Managers
Immediate release: 08 December 2008
Fusion Contact Centre Services hosted a graduation ceremony in Peterborough, to celebrate the first graduates to complete the Institute of Leadership and Management Certificate in First Line Management - Level 3.
The 31 successful candidates - from the Fusion Contact Centres in Bretton, Peterborough, Coventry, Sunderland and Peterlee, were treated to a special lunch followed by the presentation ceremony at The Holiday Inn West, Peterborough.
The management training programme was conducted in partnership with Peterborough Regional College and now has a permanent place in Fusion's training strategy.
David Thompson, Managing Director for Fusion Contact Centre Services, said: "We are committed to developing our talent within the organization and it's our aim to offer great career development opportunities to our people. We are looking forward to continuing the successful partnership with Peterborough Regional College in order to help with career progression and retention of our key people."
A further 31 learners have already committed to the Institute of Leadership and Management Certificate in First Line Management (Level 3) program for 08/09, which began in October 2008.
Further to this, Fusion will offer the Diploma in Leadership and Management (Level 5) as part of an ongoing commitment to people development, as well as National Vocational Qualifications in Contact Centre Operations, Telesales, and Customer Services.
This builds on the success of Fusion's outstanding performance in the North East Contact Centre Awards, where it was runner up in the Best Practice in People Development Award.
