Fusion Recognises Top Stars (Coventry)
Immediate release: 01 December 2006
Dawn Robertson from Coventry based Fusion Contact Centre Services has been awarded ‘Best Sales Performance' at the company's recent annual Awards Ball, whereby individuals are recognised for their hard work and positive contributions to the company over the last year.
The prestigious black tie event held at the ICC in Birmingham hosted more than 600 staff from BGL Group, which includes Fusion Contact Centre Services, and featured a 'Paint the Town Red' theme.
Commenting on the awards, Peter Winslow said: "The continued commitment and hard work of all our staff plays a crucial role in the phenomenal success and growth of the business. I am delighted that we have this opportunity to celebrate and recognise our people who, throughout the year, have made considerable contributions to the Group."
Commenting on Dawn's success, Ella Pillai, Head of Site for Fusion in Coventry, said: "I am delighted to see staff at Coventry recognised. Dawn is a shining example of someone who constantly delivers excellent results. She is highly committed to the role and inspires those around her with her positive outlook."
Dawn beat off tough competition from nominees across Fusion's contact centres in Coventry, Sunderland and Peterborough, who handle sales and customer service calls for Budget and Dial, Bennetts motorcycle insurance and top high street brands such as Post Office, Bradford & Bingley and Marks & Spencer Money.
