Fusion Contact Centre Services Wins Contact Centre Agent Of Month

Andy Rippon, Sales Advisor at the Fusion Contact Centre in Peterborough, part of the BGL Group has been named winner of the directexcellence Contact Centre Agent of the Month for March.

The award, run by customer experience insights company, directexcellence, was launched recently to recognise quality customer service within the insurance sector.

Cynthia Ellis, business development manager at directexcellence commented, "Andy gave very clear explanations of the different elements of the cover offered. The information was well presented, making it easy for the caller to follow and helping him towards making a purchase decision. At the end of the call, Andy took the time to make sure the customer was not left with any unanswered queries in his mind, and made it clear how he could get back in touch should he wish to go ahead with the policy. Overall, Andy was very helpful and clear throughout this call."
