Established in 1992, the BGL Group is now one of the UK's largest personal lines insurance brokers. We have achieved sustained profit growth over the last 13 years and our strategic plan outlines continued expansion in the future.

We employ more than 3,000 employees across six business divisions:

comparethemarket.com – one of the UK's top price comparison websites.

Frontline – whose core products are motor, home and commercial vehicle insurance. Supplementary products include personal accident cover, breakdown cover, home emergency assistance, travel and pet insurance.

Bennetts – has over 80 years' experience in the insurance industry and over the last decade has grown to become the UK's number one for motorcycle insurance.

Junction – the affinity arm of the Group, launched in 2002 and provides outsourcing services for major UK financial services and retail brands including Post Office®, Barclays, M&S Money, HSBC, RAC and Auto Trader.

Fusion – operational excellence delivered via BGL's four contact centres.

ACM – provides claims and uninsured loss recovery services to home, bike and motor insurance customers of the Group and its affinity partners.

BGL's divisions are supported by a number of key central functions – Corporate Services, Finance, Product Development; HR, IT and Group Communications.

Our record growth of the last 13 years has resulted from seizing new business opportunities, from maximising outsourcing and internet distribution to launching new products and innovations. We are in a unique position as a broker – due in part to our underwriting platform, which gives us enormous flexibility and scope for diversification.
