Customer Satisfaction


We conduct an annual survey into customer satisfaction. In 2010 we asked 2500 customers to assess how satisfied they were with BGL brands. We found that 71 per cent of customers were 'Extremely satisfied' or 'Very satisfied' with our service. But we feel that we can do even better than this, and our target is to take this even higher in 2012.
