Junction is the partnerships division of the BGL Group. Our aim is to form strategic relationships with market leading brands to provide insurance propositions that appeal to their customers and add value to their core businesses.
Since its launch in 2002, Junction has grown rapidly and is now the largest independent personal lines affinity provider in the UK, with over 1.8 million customers.
Junction was formed in 2002 to support BGL Group's strategic decision to enter the growing affinity insurance market; a market developing rapidly to support major brands to increase customer loyalty by enabling them to offer branded insurance products to their customers using outsourced insurance solutions.
BGL Group's history as an insurer gives us an enviable legacy of investment in our in-house systems and supporting infrastructure; this enables us to deliver tailored solutions to our partners and provide wide coverage and competitive rates through our panel of top UK insurers.
Customers are serviced through BGL's contact centre operations in Peterborough, Coventry and Sunderland. We have also developed state-of-the-art ecommerce functionality to deliver high volumes through our partner and price comparison websites.
Junction enjoys successful partnerships with a number of major blue chip organisations including M&S Money, RAC, Post Office, HSBC, Lloyds Bank, Halifax, Santander and Barclays.
