Fusion

Based at four sites in the UK – Peterborough, Coventry, Sunderland and Peterlee; and one site in Cape Town South Africa, Fusion employs over 1700 staff, setting the standard for operational efficiency. The sites provide sales, customer services and administration support to the Group’s own brands and those of its partners – effectively an internal outsource provider of contact centre services and solutions to the business divisions.

The Fusion management team is focused on the improvement of processes and technology, alignment of resources where and when the businesses need them, and development of the specific skill base of its people – with the ultimate vision of providing a truly virtual contact centre service.
