Established in 1930, Bennetts has over 70 years’ experience in the insurance industry and over the last decade has grown to become the UK's number 1 for motorcycle insurance, insuring more than 200,000 bikers in the UK and Northern Ireland.

Approximately 300 staff, based in Coventry, provide competitive quotes to almost 600,000 bikers a year (that's over half of the biking population). Bennetts works continuously with a panel of thirteen underwriters to ensure our customers receive the best possible price for their insurance needs.

In January 2005, Bennetts signed the biggest sponsorship deal in the history of the brand by becoming title sponsor of the 2005 Bennetts British Superbike Championship, which continues to date. In addition, 2007 saw Bennetts extend its sponsorship to the World Superbike Championship, and also become personal sponsor to British rider James Toseland as he entered MotoGP.

in 2007, Bennetts launched Rev for a Reason - a unique campaign aimed at raising awareness of bikers on the road to other motorists. Part of the campaign saw Bennetts seek bikers to audition for the first ever Bennetts Bike Orchestra, a unique symphony orchestra made up of motorbikes along with percussion, brass and a grand piano. The search was led by James Toseland and renowned conductor and composer Stephen Montague.
