An excellent and consistent claims reporting facility. Whether the client has a motor or household policy with one of our brands or partner brands they can use the claim line telephone number on their Certificate of Insurance and the call comes straight through to the ACM Front Office. We update our systems with details of the claim or incident for renewal and mid-term adjustment purposes. It also means that we can ensure that the client is looked after during the essential first part of the claims process. We also direct clients to the correct insurer claims department at the right location, so that they can continue with their claim.

ACM ULR supplies an Uninsured Loss Recovery service to motor insurance clients who have purchased Motor Legal Protection (MLP). This includes private cars and bikes and extends throughout the whole of the BGL Group. This means that if a client is not at fault in an accident and the third party has been identified, not only we will recover their losses, but we will also arrange for injury compensation and hire of alternative vehicle at no cost.

ACM ULR also supplies First Notification of Loss, Accident Management and Uninsured Loss Recovery services to a number of external business partners. This is a growth business for ACM as many companies look to outsource claims management activities. ACM ULR is well positioned to offer a complete and flexible solution to insurers, brokers and fleet managers.
